Apologies for the poor lighting and the lazy camera work (though I think that part’s endearing, frankly) but this is one mighty tasty salad dressing that you all need to make in mass quantities right now:
Also, I made this twice, the first attempt was too watery but I mixed the two together and put them in the fridge overnight and that tahini thickening thing I mentioned made everything OK.

Its also very tasty with marmite or vecon instead of the miso.
